Customer service in branch has always been great. However having fallen on hard times especially now when the virus has left me unemployed and waiting for government assistance they still threaten me with legal action to collect. When landlords, banks and telecommunications etc are being understanding and accommodating, money direct feels the 1000 I owe them should come before taking care of my family. Even the government isn't collecting outstanding debt right now.

I still wouldn’t recommend Money Direct to anyone and to add to the sentiments below it most definitely is predatory lending at best! I understand many fall on hard times however if you find yourself in a rut I suggest going with MM or Cash Money before these guys. Not to mention the chicks behind the counter aren’t that pleasant either. P.S. judging by the responses from Money Direct it’s obvious after many complaints they still haven’t learned lol. 10 thumbs down unfair practices to match the mediocre service. Great job.
